How to access instructions
Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an email with the username and password for the app required to access the building. You will also have the option to use a link that simulates the app, in case you do not want to download it.
IMPORTANT: the access link can only be used by one client at a time. If you want to share the key with your companions, you will have to download the app and do so from there.
How to access with smart locks
Our building has smart locks, so you will need a mobile phone with the access link to get in.
Locate the entrance. As you can see in the picture, it is number 15 in front of the Plaza 'Músico Oscar Tordera Iñesta'.
The link we will send you will look like the one in the image and will allow you to access both the main door of the building and the apartments you have booked When you are at the portal door simply press the button that says 'PORTAL' on the access link screen. You will see a message announcing that the request has been sent successfully. At this point you can push the door and enter easily.
To access the apartment press the button corresponding to the apartment (2nd FLOOR) on the screen.
Once you see the message that the request has been sent successfully, in a few seconds the numbers on the doorknob will flash green. At that point you will have a few seconds to open the door. Turn the doorknob to the left. If the numbers on the doorknob do not light up, do not worry, try again, sometimes it is a problem with the internet coverage. At this point, if you prefer, you could already use our wifi (mariposa / password: casadelasflores024)
