Una vez completado tu check in online, recibirás un correo con el usuario y la contraseña para la app necesaria para el acceso al edificio. También tendrás la opción de usar un link que simula la app, por si no quieres descargarla.
IMPORTANTE: el link de acceso solo lo puede usar un cliente a la vez, si quieres compartir la llave con tus acompañantes tendrás que descargarte la app y hacerlo desde ésta.
Once you have completed your online check-in, you will receive an email with the username and password for the app required to access the building. You will also have the option to use a link that simulates the app, in case you do not want to download it.
IMPORTANT: the access link can only be used by one client at a time. If you want to share the key with your companions, you will have to download the app and do so from there.

Nuestro edificio cuenta con cerraduras inteligentes, por lo que necesitarás un móvil con el enlace de acceso para ingresar. Localiza el portal. Como ves en la imagen es el No. 15 frente a la Plaza "Músico Oscar Tordera Iñesta".
Our building has smart locks, so you will need a mobile phone with the access link to enter. Find the entrance. As you can see in the image, it is No. 15 in front of the Plaza "Músico Oscar Tordera Iñesta".
El enlace que te enviaremos será similar al que aparece en la imagen y te permitirá acceder tanto a la puerta principal del edificio como a los apartamentos que hayas reservado. Cuando estés en la puerta del portal simplemente presiona el botón que dice 'PORTAL' en la pantalla del enlace de acceso. Verás un mensaje anunciando que la solicitud se ha enviado exitosamente. En este momento podrás empujar la puerta y entrar con facilidad.

Para acceder al apartamento presiona el botón correspondiente al apartamento (2A PLANTA) en la pantalla.

Una vez que veas el mensaje de que la solicitud se ha enviado exitosamente, en unos segundos los números del pomo pestañearán en verde. En ese momento tendrás unos segundos para abrir. Gira el pomo de la puerta hacia la izquierda. Si los números del pomo no se encienden, no te preocupes, vuelve intentarlo, a veces es un problema con la cobertura de internet. En este punto, si lo prefieres, ya podrías utilizar nuestra wifi (mariposa / contraseña: casadelasflores024)
Once you see the message that the request has been sent successfully, in a few seconds the numbers on the doorknob will flash green. At that point you will have a few seconds to open the door.
